Home inspection
BuyerAdvice charges a fixed fee for 2 conversations with the buyer and property inspection. For this amount, we provide as standard:
- Conversation with the buyer and review of the ‘job’
- Property inspection
- Review of documents including condition report, energy label and electrical check
- Negotiating price and terms with a real estate agent
- Being the ‘link’ between all parties, including the financial institution
- A high, weighted level of information to the buyer - throughout the entire process

We take a percentage of the rejection we have achieved
