My name is Morten Johansen, and I am a state-authorised real estate agent and was employed by home/Aarhus from 1989 to 2006.
From 2006 to 2009, I was a partner in the Project Sales Group with responsibility for the sale of homes at Lübker Golf Resort, as well as the development and sale/rental of Punkthusene in Skanderborg Bakker.
I have also been a partner and responsible in the law firm Advocare’s real estate department, KøberAdvokat, from 2012 to 2017.
I have extensive experience in the purchase of real estate through foreclosure auctions, and a broad experience in the conversion and modernisation of apartments and villas, including construction and pricing.
