Home inspection
We charge DKK 1,250 incl. VAT for an inspection of the property.
Price negotiation
When negotiating the price, we take 5% of the achieved discount plus VAT.
The legal
Legal review of the purchase agreement and all documents, title deed, refund statement etc., DKK 6,250 incl. VAT.

Buyer advice when buying a house makes for a better deal
If you choose us as your buyer’s advisor, the first thing we do is go out and inspect the property you want to buy. Here we look at the condition report that is provided and we go through the property from basement to attic. The end result is our honest assessment of the price based on the location and condition of the property.
Based on this assessment, we can price any damage repairs and improvements such as conversion to another energy source, insulation, etc. This gives you better insight into the condition of the property and what it will actually cost you to achieve your dream home if it needs modernising or renovating.
In our experience, the vast majority of the time we help the buyer get a better deal because we can contribute with our experience on both sides of the negotiating table in terms of construction, law and brokerage.
